In my quest to be a healthier and more active person, yesterday I had the bright idea to walk up and down six stories at work. Twice. My thighs are feeling the effects this morning. In the near future I am going to join a gym, but it just seems so daunting. The most promising gym thus far seems to be Planet Fitness. $10 a month, and open 24/7. We shall see.
